Lying Mirrors

When I was in eighth grade my doctor told me I was overweight and needed to go on a diet. I had never viewed myself as chubby, but the blinders came off and I still see myself in the mirror as that eighth grade-bigger than everyone.

The only time I can truly see myself is in pictures.

I suffer from body dysmorphia.
